Privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026.

What we collect. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the fragrance you asked about. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and the details of what you bought. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.

What we do with it. We use order information to fulfil and ship your order, to send you order and shipping confirmations, and to handle any question or problem with your purchase. We use your email, with your consent, for waitlist updates and launch announcements. We do not sell personal data, and we never will.

Who handles it. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments and stores customer records on our behalf. Shop Pay, if you choose it, is operated by Shopify. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order. Our marketing emails are sent through Shopify Email. The website itself runs on Cloudflare, which processes ordinary server logs to keep it online.

Cookies. Our own website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The checkout, operated by Shopify, uses cookies needed to complete your purchase and to prevent fraud.

Your choices. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@eaudom.com, and we will, except for records we are required to keep for tax or safety reasons.
